CANCELATION FROM OUR SIDE:
In case of technical issues or bad weather, which could be a security problem and is proclaimed by the Thailand Marine Departement, we reserve the right to postpone the trip or cancel it by paying back 100% refund, deduct by payment fees. .
CANCELATION FROM CLIENTS SIDE:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, we will be happy to try to find an alternative departure day (possibly with additional costs), but no refund of the deposit or final price is possible. This is due to the fact that this yacht usually organizes joined trips, the ticket sales of which start a few months before the day of the trip. Or events that require a long preparation. A binding reservation excludes such marketing, which is why, in the event of a cancellation, there are no alternative options to compensate for the loss.
Please make sure that cancellation on your part is as impossible as possible.
