If you prefer to be on the safe side and pay the balance at boarding, please pay in cash in Thai Baht. Foreign currencies only by prior arrangement.

- If it is not possible to safely complete the booked tour due to a technical problem or dangerous weather conditions (predicted by the Marine Department Thailand), we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of all amounts paid.

cancellation
- In the event of a technical defect or dangerous weather conditions, which the official Thai Marine Department proclaims accordingly, we offer the customer an alternative date if possible or refund the full amount already paid.
- In the event of cancellation by the customer, we will refund the full amount of all payments already made if the cancellation is received at least 30 days (low season) or 90 days (high season) before the trip date. No refunds can be given for peak season bookings.
- In case of heavy rain or waves over 2.5 meters, customers can postpone the trip to another date, but must bear the expenses already made for food and staff.
