The balance is due no later than 7 days before departure, in some cases 14 days before departure (depending on the logistics and the yacht).
If you prefer to be on the safe side and pay the balance at boarding, please pay in cash in Thai Baht. Foreign currencies only by prior arrangement.

- If it is not possible to safely complete the booked tour due to a technical problem or dangerous weather conditions (predicted by the Marine Department Thailand), we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of all amounts paid.
STORNIERUNGEN DURCH DEN KUNDEN
The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that both parties consider the booking to be binding.
Therefore, in the event of a unilateral termination of the contract (cancellation) by the customer, not in all cases a refund of the deposit is possible. This depends in particular on the booking lead times and the possibility of compensating for the loss through new bookings:
Schnellboot:
- Stornierung bis 1 Monat vor Abfahrt: vollständige Rückerstattung *
- Stornierung bis 3 Tage vor Abfahrt: 25% Rückerstattung *
Motorboot / Segelboot / Power-Katamaran:
- Stornierung bis 3 Monate vor Abfahrt: vollständige Rückerstattung *
- Stornierung up to 1 month before departure: 25% refund *

Partyboot / Super Yacht:
- Eine Rückerstattung von Zahlungen für Partyboot- und Super-Yacht-Vermietungen ist in der Regel nicht möglich, da ein Umsatzverlust unter normalen Bedingungen innerhalb von mehreren Wochen nicht kompensiert werden kann.
- Zahlungen für gebuchte Dienstleistungen von Drittanbietern**:
- Stornierung bis 3 Monate vor Abfahrt: vollständige Rückerstattung
- Stornierung bis 1 Monat vor Abfahrt: 25% Rückerstattung
Reiserücktrittsversicherung
Da außergewöhnliche Fälle von höherer Gewalt (solche Ereignisse umfassen beispielsweise persönliche Krankheit oder Pandemie, Schließung von Grenzen oder Flughäfen, Krieg oder Unruhen, etc.) eine Stornierung unvermeidbar machen können, aber die gleiche Auswirkung wie eine normale Stornierung haben, empfehlen wir, eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen. Oder überprüfen Sie, ob Dienstleistungen Dritter durch die Stornierungsversicherung abgedeckt sind, die bereits in Ihrem Flugticket enthalten ist.
